Terms of Use
These terms apply to access to V2Ray Flag and use of the download listings, technical information, and setup guides provided on this site. Please read them before using these materials. Users are responsible for assessing software operation, network access, and data handling in light of their specific circumstances.
1. Purpose and scope
This site compiles download links and usage information for graphical clients such as v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. Its content is for learning, technical research, and configuration reference only. This site is not the developer of these open-source projects and does not provide nodes, subscription accounts, or network access services. “Chinese” in the site name refers to the language of its content and does not imply official authorization or affiliation with any project.
Menu names, installation methods, and settings may change as clients are updated. The paths described in these guides are based on the corresponding interfaces and are not guaranteed to apply to every version, device, or network environment. Follow the current software prompts and project documentation when carrying out any steps.
2. Lawful use and user responsibility
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their particular use, as well as the rules of their organization, network service provider, and device administrator. Do not use this site's materials or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized access, data theft, distributing illegal content, or compromising the security of another person's systems.
Users must ensure they are authorized to use the relevant devices, networks, and configuration materials. Before importing a subscription, enabling a system proxy, or turning on TUN mode, understand the required permissions and how traffic will be handled. Do not share another person's subscription URL, account credentials, or private configuration publicly. Remove sensitive information from logs before reporting an issue.
3. Third-party software and services
Related software and cores are provided by their respective open-source projects. Each project determines its own features, release schedule, license terms, and maintenance status. This site provides listings and information but does not control software development or guarantee the quality or ongoing maintenance of any third-party product featured here.
Software installation, upgrades, and use are also subject to the accompanying licenses and applicable service terms. Subscription services and remote servers are managed by their respective providers. Contact the relevant provider about accounts, fees, service interruptions, or connection permissions.
4. Risks and limits of responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but cannot guarantee that pages, download links, or related software will always be available, or that a configuration will meet any particular needs. System permissions, software conflicts, and network conditions may affect operation. Before changing routing, DNS, or proxy settings, consider recording the original settings and backing up any necessary information so you can restore them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, data loss, or other indirect losses resulting from following its materials or using third-party software or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or reduces any rights users have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual property and licenses
The rights to client names, trademarks, software code, and project materials belong to their respective owners. The open-source status of Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and related clients does not mean all components are under the same license. Any copying, modification, or distribution must comply with the applicable license for each component.
Original explanatory text and page layouts on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When quoting them fairly, credit the source and do not remove required rights notices or present reproduced content as if it were officially published by an associated open-source project. These terms do not replace any software's original license.
6. Changes to these terms and feedback
We may revise these terms to reflect content updates, changes in how the site operates, or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent, we will follow those requirements. Check this page for the latest terms before using the materials.
For installation or configuration issues, start with the FAQ and setup guides, then compare the error and steps you took. If the page does not match your current client, stop relying on that step and follow the software's actual interface and the relevant project's documentation.
